Restocker turns sold-out products into sales two ways. Shoppers can join a waitlist on any out-of-stock product and get an automatic email the moment you restock, and you can keep selling sold-out items with native pre-orders. Every notification is recorded in a permanent delivery log.
When a product is sold out, your storefront shows an "Email me when it's back" box. Shoppers enter their email to join the waitlist. As soon as you add inventory back, Restocker automatically emails everyone waiting for that product. You can see who is waiting and what was sent right in the app.
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store, then Themes, then Customize. Open a product page from the top dropdown, click Add block in the product area, and choose the "Back in Stock" block. Save, and the signup appears automatically on any sold-out product. Pre-orders use a separate "Pre-order button" block added the same way.
Restocker uses Shopify's native selling plans, which is the safe way to run pre-orders. That means the pre-order works correctly even through fast checkouts like Shop Pay, so you will not accidentally oversell. The customer pays in full at checkout, and the order is clearly flagged as a pre-order so you can fulfill it when stock arrives.
Yes. Restocker works with any current Shopify theme (Online Store 2.0). It installs as a theme app block, so it never edits your theme's code: you add the block from the theme editor, and removing it leaves nothing behind.
No. The widget loads only the small amount of code needed to show the signup box, and only on product pages. Because it uses Shopify's theme app extension system, it does not inject scripts across your whole store.

Growth is $9/month for 500 alert emails and 10 pre-order products. Unlimited is $19/month for unlimited alerts and pre-order products. All plans include the delivery log and free CSV export. We never drop a shopper. If you hit your monthly email limit, additional alerts are queued rather than lost, and your waitlist keeps collecting signups normally. Upgrading releases the queue, so you never lose a sale to a hard mid-month cutoff.
Restocker sends from a verified domain with proper email authentication, so messages typically reach the inbox. Every alert also includes one-click unsubscribe, which mailbox providers favor and which helps your sender reputation over time.
Yes, on every plan including Free. Open the Delivery log in the app and click Export waitlist CSV to download a spreadsheet of your subscribers. Your data is always yours.
Uninstalling is clean. Because Restocker adds features through Shopify's theme app extension system, removing the app removes its blocks without leaving leftover code in your theme. If you would also like your stored waitlist data deleted, just email us and we will remove it.
